Status Effects are effects that make a Neosaur's status change.

Before knowing the status effects, you should know the stats of a Neosaur.

List of StatsEdit

1. Health Points (HP) - The current health of a Neosaur.

Fact: If your health reaches zero, you have been "mortally wounded".

Tip: If your health bar reaches zero, there will be a tab of choices for your Neosaur to revive. Instead of using or buying Reviver, or respawning to the previous town, refresh your page instead. You will arrive at your DinoPod, and when you exit the DinoPod, you will be in the place you were before you got "mortally wounded". If you don't want to reload, when you are alive again and your health is low, (for Ceras only: use Health Boost) stay in a safe place and wait for a few minutes.

2. Magic Points (MP) - The current magic points of a Neosaur. Its purpose if for using attacks.

Fact: No matter how high your MP is, if you don't increase your MP Regen, you will have to use MP Potions very often.

Tip: If you don't want to waste Gold on MP Potions, try buying Equipment that increases your MP Regen.

3. Strength - your character's power to resist or endure attacks

4. Intellect - your character's mental ability

5. Constitution - your character's power to endure status effects like wounding or poison

List of Status EffectsEdit

Buffs - Attacks

  • Bandage - Immune to all wounding attacks for a set time.
  • Magic Shield - Increases Magical Defense by a specific number for a set time.
  • Health Boost - Increases CON by a specific number for a set time.

Debuffs

  • Poison - poisoned for a set time, shown by a purple cloud covering the character's body

Poison Damage: 50 - 100

Mostly Cast By: Stingens, Phantom Werms, Ronta Werms, etc.

  • Freeze - frozen/cannot move for a set time, shown by a blue crystal covering the monster/character

Freeze Damage - 0

Advantage - monster cannot move or attack and can be attacked in one place

Mostly Cast By: Ptera Class Neosaurs

  • Flame - burned/ on fire for a set time, shown by small flames all around the monster/character's body

Flame Damage: 50 - 500

Mostly Cast By: Rex Class Neosaurs

  • Shock - electrified for a set time, shown by bolts of lightning all around the monster/character's body

Shock Damage - 50 - 500

Mostly Cast By: Ptera Class Neosaurs

  • Injury - wounded/bleeding for a set time, shown by blood coming out of the monster/character's body

Injury Damage: 50 - 500

Mostly Cast By: DaDoozers, Ursers, Rex Class Neosaurs, etc.

  • Faint - stunned - dizzy/confused for a set time, shown by spirals on the monster/character's eyes

Faint Damage: 0

Advantage: Similar to Freeze; faint monster cannot move or attack and can be attacked in one place
